By accessing this website or engaging Crestline Connect for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of services
Crestline Connect provides influencer marketing services including creator discovery and vetting, partnership strategy, negotiation, campaign management, and long-term creator partnerships. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are set out per engagement in a statement of work.
3. Payment
Fees, payment schedule, and terms are agreed in the campaign statement of work. Invoices are payable in the currency and within the timeframe stated.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during engagements and to use it only for purposes of the engagement.
5. Intellectual property
Content created by creators as part of a campaign remains subject to the licence terms agreed in the applicable creator contract. All trademarks and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crestline Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or provision of services.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
